Diane started her real estate career in Southern California in 1986 while working full time as a cotton export supervisor for an international freight forwarding firm. When she and her husband relocated to Holiday Island in 1990, she continued her real estate career on a full time basis starting with the local developer, Tom Dees. In 1997 her career expanded when joining the Coldwell Banker franchise in Holiday Island. In 1999 she began with Coldwell Banker K-C REALTY as the Holiday Island branch office and has been going strong ever since.

Diane has been a member of the Eureka Springs/Carroll County Board of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Club for many years and in 2005 received the Board’s top award status – Diamond Level. Diane’s 2005 accomplishments in the Coldwell Banker organization were the International President’s Premier Award (top 1% of agents worldwide) and at the state level she was Top Sales Associate in 3 of 4 award rating categories plus #1 in the office size category. There have been many awards in previous years that are confirmed by the number of awards hanging in her office on Woodsdale Dr..

Diane is a Realtor who has been providing confidential and professional service since 1986.
